How to participate in a Zoom webinar?
Join a Meeting
Join a meeting by clicking on a Zoom webinar link provided by the meeting host => follow the prompts to download and run Zoom webinar => enter the meeting ID if prompted => click to join the audio webinar. When you are in the meeting, click on the Start Video button to start your video.
Mute/Unmute & Audio Settings
You can mute and unmute your microphone. The host also can mute you. If you click on the arrow next to the mute button, you will have additional options for audio settings. You can change your microphone, leave the computer audio, or access the audio options.
Screen Share
You will be allowed to share your screen during your presentation. Your computer screen will become visible to all the participants once you start sharing your screen.
Attendees/Audience
We are anticipating over 350 attendees who will come from a range of professional backgrounds with a varied level of knowledge and expertise in technical and commercial aspects across the solar cells field. Attendees can register and join the forum at any time before and during the forum.
Q&A
The participants will drop their questions through the Q&A session and the chair of the program will pick the questions. You can reply to unanswered questions (due to time constraint) in the Q&A session, after your presentation.
Chat function
Open chat function will not be utilized throughout the forum, but attendees can raise questions through Q&A session.
Recording
The session will be recorded for training purpose and some for the video library. If you have objection with the recording, please inform us.
Presentation trial
We are happy to run mock presentation with each speaker tomorrow or day after tomorrow. Please confirm with me when you would like to do this.
